With the exception of Horseshoe Cleveland, all of Ohio’s casinos experienced double digit revenue gains over a year ago. Hollywood Columbus generated the highest revenue of the month, $18.8 million which was a 13.7% increase over a year ago. Horseshoe Cincinnati saw the greatest increase in revenues over a year ago. Its $17.8 million was a 14.2% increase. Hollywood Toledo was up 12.6% with revenues of $17.1 million. Despite revenues of $18.3 million, Horseshoe Cleveland experienced a 9% decrease from a year ago.

Every racino experienced revenue increases from a year ago with five of the seven establishments up double digits. Hard Rock ($17.4 million) was up 17.7%, Scioto Downs ($12.5 million) up 10.6%, Miami Valley Gaming ($11.3 million) up 19%, Hollywood Mahoning ($8.3 million) up 20.8% and Belterra Park ($6.1 million) up 35%. Thistledown ($8.9 million) was only up 2.7% from a year ago and Hollywood Dayton ($7.6 million) up 7.2%.
