Rock Gaming, which took over the Horseshoe venues from Caesars Entertainment last year, is now known as JACK Entertainment. As a result, each of its gaming venues will get new names. Thistledown became JACK Thistledown on March 9. Horseshoe Cleveland will become JACK Cleveland in May and Horseshoe Cincinnati will become JACK Cincinnati in June.
