Casino Fines
Hollywood Columbus was sanctioned for a second time by the Ohio Casino Control Commission. The casino was fined $10,000 and required to provide additional employee training. A number of casino operated slot machines had unapproved software. The casino also failed to properly maintain a list of those slot machines in use on the casino floor and some of those machines weren’t properly verified and sealed.
Jack Entertainment was fined $200,000 for allowing underage patrons in the Cleveland casino. Jack Cleveland and Jack Cincinnati gave unauthorized employees access to the computer management program. This was the third time the Cleveland casino has been fined.
