The 8th District Court of Appeals has affirmed a 2012 Cleveland Municipal Court conviction of three Cleveland sweepstakes cafes accused of running illegal gambling operations. View the decision. The attorney for the cafes said he will appeal to the Ohio Supreme Court.

The three cafes used software from VS2 Worldwide Communications. VS2 is facing charges of racketeering, money laundering and gambling in the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas.
