Last year a Franklin County Common Pleas judge found that Ohio Roundtable had no legal standing to challenge the constitutionality of VLTs at Ohio’s horse racing tracks. In March of this year, the 10th District Court of Appeals upheld that decision. Now Ohio Roundtable is taking their argument to the state’s highest court, filing an appeal on April 26th with the Ohio Supreme Court.
