Casino Fined

Hollywood Toledo became the second casino to be fined by the Ohio Casino Control Commission for gaming violations. A blackjack table was operating outside the range of video surveillance and unapproved slot machines were being used. Hollywood Toledo admitted to the violations and agreed to pay a $30,000 fine.
