Gambling Revenues Up in February

All eleven of Ohio’s gambling establishments experienced revenue increases over February, 2018.

Among the casinos, Hollywood Columbus led the way with revenue of $19.1 million, a 2.7% increase from a year ago. JACK Cincinnati experienced the greatest increase. Revenue of $17.8 million was a 4.7% increase. JACK Cleveland was up 4.3% ($17 million) and Hollywood Toledo was up 2.5% ($16.1 million).

Hard Rock Rocksino once again was tops among the racinos. The $20.3 million in revenue was a 1.5% increase over February, 2018. Belterra Park had the greatest percentage increase. Revenue of $6 million was up 39.5% (the racino was closed for almost half of February, 2018 because of flooding). Miami Valley ($14.4 million) was up 14.3%, Hollywood Mahoning Valley ($10.2 million) up 7.4%, JACK Thistledown ($10.8 million) up 5.9%, Hollywood Dayton ($9.3 million) up 3.3% and Scioto Downs ($14.1 million) up 2.2%.
