Casino Revenues Dip in July
Ohio’s four casinos generated $69.7 million in July, down slightly from last year’s July total of $69.9 million.
Hollywood Columbus led the way. $19.4 million in revenues was 4% higher than a year ago. Jack Cincinnati checked in with revenues of $17.1 million, a 3% increase. Hollywood Toledo’s $17.2 million was a 2% drop from a year ago and Jack Cleveland’s $16 million was 5% less than last year.
Meanwhile, all seven racinos saw revenue increases from a year ago.
Hard Rock Rocksino led the way. Revenues of $22.5 million was up 1%. Miami Valley Gaming experienced the greatest increase. $14.1 million in revenues was up 14% from a year ago. Scioto Downs totaled $15.2 million, a 6% increase. Jack Thistledown tallied $10.6 million, up 5%. Hollywood Gaming Mahoning Valley netted $10.2 million, a 4% increase. Hollywood Gaming Dayton Raceway was also up 4%, with revenues of $8.6 million. Belterra Park pulled in $7.6 million, up 3%.
