Attorney Generals for Texas and Mississippi are the latest to rule that daily fantasy sports are a form of illegal gambling under their respective state laws. The Texas Attorney General, however, stated that the traditional season long fantasy games are legal as long as the “commissioner” doesn’t take a cut.
