On July 24, authorities in Cleveland closed the Lucky Palms 777 sweepstakes café. The Cuyahoga county prosecutor has declared that all 52 of the original Internet cafes that had been operating in the county were now out of business. It is believed less than 300 Internet cafes remain throughout the state.
