Hollywood Toledo has been fined a second time for using unverified slot machines. The casino self-reported the infraction to the Ohio Casino Control Commission. Hollywood Toledo was fined $4,000 as part of a settlement agreement.
Ohio now has nine gambling establishments open with four casinos and five racinos. The final two racinos are set to open later this year.
