Casino Revenues
Adjusted gross revenue increased in January at the Columbus and Toledo casinos, but experienced a significant drop-off at the Cleveland casino.
For Hollywood Columbus, the AGI was up nearly 2%, to $18.26 million. The Hollywood Toledo AGI was up slightly to $14.2 million, a .7% increase. And the Horseshoe Cleveland AGI dropped to $20.66 million, a 16% plunge. Despite the dramatic drop, Horseshoe Cleveland still was the top revenue generating casino in the state.
Meanwhile, the racino at Scioto Downs had revenues of $10.2 million, a 2.9% increase.
The Cincinnati casino is still on schedule to open March 4 and all remaining racinos are expected to be operational by the end of 2014.
