The Federal Trade Commission has approved a $2.8 billion merger between Penn National Gaming and Pinnacle Entertainment Inc.\u00a0Penn National owns and operates two casinos (Hollywood Columbus and Hollywood Toledo) and two racinos (Hollywood Mahoning Valley and Hollywood Dayton) in Ohio.\u00a0Pinnacle Entertainment owns and operates a racino (Belterra Park) in Ohio.<\/p>\n
