Stephen Cline, owner of Spinners, a Pickaway County establishment, has pleaded guilty to charges of money laundering and operation of an illegal casino.<\/p>\n
Last year Spinners as well as Cline\u2019s home were raided after complaints that Spinners was paying out cash prizes, which is illegal under Ohio law.\u00a0Gambling machines, cash and documents were seized during the raid.<\/p>\n
As part of the plea deal, Cline will also forfeit $160,000 in cash and two vehicles, a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2013 GMC Sierra.\u00a0Cline will be sentenced at a later date.\u00a0He could face up to three years in jail and a $10,000 fine for the money laundering charge and up to one year in jail and a $2,000 fine for the illegal casino charge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
