Ohio Roundtable filed the lawsuit, claiming that Governor John Kasich overstepped his authority by allowing VLT\u2019s at Ohio\u2019s seven horse racing tracks without voter approval. The case was filed in 2013, but the court put the proceedings on hold until the outcome of a similar case, <em>ProgressOhio.org v. JobsOhio<\/em>, was decided.
