In 2012, voters in Green approved a ballot issue that would prohibit gaming, except for nonprofit charitable purposes, within city limits.<\/p>\n
In 2013, Rock Ohio Caesar\u2019s spent $89 million to renovate Thistledown.\u00a0 VLT\u2019s were added as well as eating and drinking establishments.\u00a0 With the announcement to stay, Rock Ohio Caesar\u2019s also stated they would spend another $60 million to further upgrade the existing facility.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
