Oral arguments were heard in the 10th District Court of Appeals of Ohio on the appeal of the VLT lawsuit that was dismissed last year by a Franklin County Common Pleas judge. The lawsuit challenged the constitutionality of Ohio\u2019s casinos and VLTs at the racetracks. The judge ruled the plaintiffs didn\u2019t have legal standing to bring the lawsuit.
