The Ohio Supreme Court has agreed to hear the case challenging the legality of Ohio\u2019s racinos. Last year a Franklin County trial court judge ruled Ohio Roundtable had no legal standing to challenge the constitutionality of VLTs at Ohio\u2019s horse racing tracks. Earlier this year, the 10th District Court of Appeals upheld that decision. Before deciding on this case, the Ohio Supreme Court will rule on another case involving legal standing. JobsOhio is a nonprofit corporation created by Governor Kasich to administer the state\u2019s economic development. Opponents challenged the constitutionality of JobsOhio.
