The Ohio State Racing Commission has delayed its vote on setting race dates for the Austintown racino. The issue is over the number of stalls to be built. Penn National Gaming has stated they plan on initially building 760 stalls. The racing commission thinks at least 1,000 are needed. Penn National Gaming says to build that many would cost an extra $2 million. The Ohio Horsemen\u2019s Benevolent and Protective Association disagrees, saying the additional cost would be more like $300,000.<\/p>\n
