Penn National Gaming and the Ohio Horsemen\u2019s Benevolent and Protective Association have reached a tentative agreement over the number of stalls to be built at the new Austintown racino. Originally, Penn National Gaming was going to build 760 stalls. The horse owners group wanted closer to 1,000. The tentative agreement calls for 988 stalls. Both sides must still formally sign a contract. Once that occurs, the racing commission will act on the 2014 racing schedule.
