Turns out there are more of these businesses than originally thought. Back in March, the state estimated there were 280 such cafes. Attorney General Mike DeWine recently announced that his office has received affidavits from 772 owners of existing Internet cafes. This probably means there are more sweepstakes terminals operating in the state than there are VLTs.
