Hollywood Toledo has been fined a second time for using unverified slot machines. The casino self-reported the infraction to the Ohio Casino Control Commission. Hollywood Toledo was fined $4,000 as part of a settlement agreement.

The Cincinnati Enquirer analyzed data from Ohio and Indiana gaming venues for the month of June. They discovered that Miami Valley Gaming, Hollywood Columbus and French Lick Resort offered the best odds at winning, with a 92% payout. The worst was Horseshoe Hammond at 89.8%.
