Hollywood Toledo became the third casino to have their license renewed for another three years by the OCCC. JACK Cleveland and Hollywood Columbus were renewed earlier. JACK Cincinnati is up for renewal this year.

JACK Cincinnati has been fined $50,000 for overserving a patron last March. The Ohio Investigative Unit said Cory Lippmeier was overserved at the casino bar and was then involved in an automobile accident that killed another driver. Police indicated Lippmeier was traveling in excess of 100 mph.
